Dear Customer,
From the moment we receive your order to its shipment, it may take between 1 and 3 business days. Remember that pieces made to order, since they are handmade and in some cases unique pieces, the delivery time will be stipulated with the client.
The shipping time may take between 2-3 business days in Spain, 5 to 6 in Europe, and between 7 and 10 days to other countries.
- Shipping and delivery times:
1.1. The available shipping methods and delivery times are those detailed above.
1.2. The delivery times for orders indicated on the Website are indicative and are calculated in business days.
1.3. If your country/region is not in the list of options, please email us info@magicmountainibiza.com and we will try to help you.
1.4. All products sold on the Website are subject to availability, and they are shipped within the limits of available stock. If a requested product is out of stock, we will contact the Customer to agree on new shipping terms. Whenever possible, substitute products will be offered, of quality and value equal to or superior to those that were the subject of the order, and the Client may choose to confirm the order with said substitute products, without a price increase, or cancel the order. In the latter case, the amounts you have paid will be refunded.
1.5. The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client at the time of contracting. If it is impossible to deliver the order, the Customer will be contacted to try to arrange a new delivery date and time with the carrier or tell them where and how they can pick up the package. If after this attempt delivery continues to be impossible, the products will be returned to our warehouse, the order will be canceled and the amounts paid by the Customer will be refunded. However, when the impossibility of delivery is due to a cause attributable to the Client, the initial and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Client, as well as the payment of the amount of €7 per failed shipment as management costs. .
1.6. Shipments will be properly packed and packaged; If the Client verifies at the time of delivery that there are errors in the merchandise received or that it is visibly beaten or damaged, these circumstances must be recorded on the carrier’s delivery note. The Client must inform Magic Mountain Ibiza of these events within 24 hours in writing to the e-mail info@magicmountainibiza.com, making a description as detailed as possible of the events that occurred. Claims more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.
- Returns
2.1. Except for the right of withdrawal, returns must be previously authorized by Magic Mountain Ibiza, and the Client must request the return of the item by email addressed to info@magicmountainibiza.com, indicating the order number and the product they wish to return.
You can return products purchased at Magic Mountain Ibiza within 14 days from the date of delivery to your home, as long as you have not used or washed them.
If the return is authorized, Magic Mountain Ibiza will inform the Client of the procedures to carry out the management.
2.2. The costs and risks of transportation derived from the return will be borne by the Customer.
2.3. Returns will not be accepted if they do not come in their original, sealed packaging, with all their accessories and original documentation and with the product in perfect condition.
2.4. The rights recognized by current legislation remain safe.
- Cancellation and right of withdrawal
3.1. The Customer may cancel the order without charge until the order is shipped.
3.2. In accordance with the provisions of articles 68 et seq. and 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Client who is a consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products purchased without justification or penalty during a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the receipt of the product.
3.3. Notwithstanding the above, you will not have the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by Art. 103 RDL 1/2007, and especially when the order refers to:
- Products that have been made according to customer specifications, custom-made, expressly ordered or clearly personalized
3.4. To exercise their right, the Client must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email) sent to the address indicated in the heading of these conditions or to info@magicmountainibiza .com
You may also use the model withdrawal form, available in the Withdrawal section of our Website, although its use is not mandatory.
3.5. In case of withdrawal, all payments received from the Client will be returned to the Client, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the client’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method. that we offer) no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless the Client has expressly requested otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
3.6. Magic Mountain Ibiza may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the Client has presented proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
3.7. The Client will assume the risks and expenses of returning the products, which must be sent to the address of Magic Mountain Ibiza as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw. .
3.8. The Client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
